Mysore Style in the Ashtanga Yoga practice is the traditional method of learning Ashtanga Yoga. It is a self-paced practice that students will follow along with the oral instruction from an experienced teacher. Adjustments are given when necessary.
Through the Mysore Style practice, a student progresses at their own pace. When a student displays readiness within the body and mind, the teacher will give them a new posture to add into their practice.
If you are entirely new to Ashtanga Yoga and the Mysore Style practice, or would like to deepen an already established practice, please join in on a class. You are most welcome.

Regular Online Mysore style classes and weekend Led guided classes are held through Online.
Private classes are done based on availability and prior scheduling. Kindly email to schedule a call.
Any beginner who would like to join must commit to at least one month for practice and study. It is advised to practice at least 1-2 months to understand and experience the essence of the practice.
