Vedanta is a wellness practitioner who’s practicing and studying āshtanga, ayurveda nature cure and vedanta. He is authorised level 2 and practices and teaches āshtanga mysore style classes at all levels.
His intention is to share what he practices, his experience, and curiosity for mental and physical wellbeing to obtain a healthy lifestyle that allows one to face any circumstances in the modern world by incorporating the tools and teachings of Indian spiritual wisdom into their lifestyle, in order to know ourselves a little bit better.

Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient system of Yoga that was taught by Vamana Rishi in the Yoga Korunta. This text was imparted to Sri T. Krishnamacharya in the early 1900’s by his Guru Rama Mohan Brahmachari, and was later passed down to Pattabhi Jois during the duration of his studies with Krishnamacharya, beginning in 1927. The following are aspects that Pattabhi Jois emphasizes as the main components of Ashtanga Yoga.
